This tour takes you through the labyrinth of the city in all the different Public transport Mumbai has on offer. We start off with a BEST bus ride – a company that’s been providing Mumbai transport since the 1870s. You will find yourself at the train station, where over six hundred and sixty thousand footfalls are seen in a day. Started in 1853, the trains are the most complex network in India, and in Mumbai carry over 8 million people everyday and is truly the lifeline ofMumbai. Moreover, it is also the first train to leave Asia. You will get off at the much-awarded city museum where you will earn about Mumbai’s history from being seven islands to a bustling megapolis.

Take a local Kaali – Peeli (Black and Yellow) cab next and reach the a Sweet shop, where you will end your sojourn by learning about Indian Mithai and having a lunch of Kachoris and Jalebis.
Finally, we will take taxis and drop you back to the hotel

Cancellation Policy

  • We work on a 100% advance payment for the tour. If the payment is not done before the commencement of the tour, No Footprints can take a call of not conducting the tour
  • If the tour is cancelled within 7 days of the commencement of the tour: we will charge 100% cancellation fee
  • If the tour is cancelled within 8 to 14 days of the commencement of the tour: we will charge a 50% cancellation fee
  • If the tour is cancelled 15 days before the commencement of the tour: there will be no retention

Extras

  • We can include Breakfast at an extra cost. Get in touch with us for costs.
  • If you are staying at the ship at the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal and need a pick-up from the port, there are an additional cost of Rs 1000/- per person. This amount is to be paid in cash to the guide or the driver at the start of the tour.
  • For any tours in Bandra & beyond, away from South Mumbai, if you take our transport, you will be charged a toll on actuals. This amount is to be paid in cash to the guide or the driver at the start of the tour

Post lockdown, we’re super stoked to announce our on-ground tours with proper social distancing measures as made mandatory by the Government of India. The safety of our patrons is our topmost priority and hence we request you to always wear a mask.

  • All our tour leaders are double vaccinated
  • Our cars are sanitised and the best hygiene practices are followed
  • For groups of over 15, we use an audio guide. This helps the guests hear the tour leader, while maintaining social distancing
  • We start the tour 30 minutes before in order to avoid crowding wherever possible
  • Our tour leaders will wear a mask at all times
