We are recruiting freelancers for our Tour Leader roles in Jaipur, Delhi and Mumbai. If you’re a resident of either of the cities and are an excellent communicator, speak fluent English and have an interest in your city’s history, please fill in the form below to apply.

No Footprints is a community focused luxury tourism provider that has hosted celebrities such as Tom Holland, Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, Emma Chamberlain, Nigella Lawson, Eric Roth, Rick Stein, and many others.  As we cater to the premium segment of the tourism business, we are looking for excellent communicators who can provide top notch experiences to our luxury guests visiting the city of Mumbai, Jaipur and Delhi.

What are we looking for in our Tour Leaders:

  • ⁠Important Announcement: We are accepting applications across all the three cities and deadline to apply is 24th of June 2026.

  • We will be reaching out to the shortlisted candidates shortly.

  • An excellent command over the English Language.
  • Fluency in another international language is an added advantage.
  • THIS IS NOT A WEEKEND GIG. Only if you can commit to working weekdays during regular office hours, then we are interested in you.
  • This role is open only for freelancers like writers, photographers, homemakers, etc with control over their own hours.
  • Hospitable personality with an interest in history.
  • Resident of Jaipur, Delhi or Mumbai and not averse to doing tours early morning
  • Stickler for punctuality and time management and someone who can think quickly on the feet to troubleshoot any problems

What are the perks? 

  • You can begin to earn as much as ~ INR 30,000 – INR 35,000 (inclusive of tips) a month depending on your quality output and your commitment to lead tours.
  • You meet interesting people from all over the world. (We’ve taken out Spiderman, just so you know).
  • We have a fantastic training  programme and you get trained in history, communication and hospitality by the best in the industry
  • You stand as Ambassadors for your city

Points to Note:

  • Our training programme will commence from mid- July to end of August 2026.
  • We take the training program very seriously. Participation to each training session is mandatory. We won’t consider your application if you are unavailable for more than one session.

This is not a casual freelance role. Premier tour leading requires preparation, punctuality, guest management, and continuous learning. The training process that is compulsory to attend should you get selected is designed to maintain very high standards.

We host private tours and they can be scheduled on any day of the week during regular work hours. Note: This position is not open to full-time students or job holders.
Our training sessions are compulsory. This includes both online and offline sessions. The training period will be from mid-July to the end of August. Will you be available to attend the sessions during this period?
The online training sessions will be conducted between mid-July and the first week of August, generally from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Will you be available during these hours?
